Corporate orders

Uniforms for hotels, restaurants, clinics and companies

We make workwear and uniforms for your team, designed around your company: models, fabrics, colours, logo and personalization. Each corporate order is a separate project, prepared individually and priced according to an agreed estimate.

How a corporate order works

1. Request. Tell us about your company, the number of employees and the type of clothing you need.
2. Visualization. On request we prepare a visual project of the clothing: models, fabrics, colours, personalization and other details. We tell you the terms and the scope of this work before we start.
3. Estimate. When the concept, models and fabrics are approved, we prepare a detailed estimate (preventivo) and agree it with you. Production does not start until you confirm.
4. Samples. After the project is approved, we make samples of the approved models. Samples are paid separately, and their price is shown in the estimate.
5. Fitting and changes. If changes are needed after the fitting, we agree on them, and on their cost, before remaking the sample or making a new one.
6. Order and payment. We start production after a 50% advance payment, once the estimate and the specification are approved. The remaining 50% is paid after you receive the finished order. The exact moment of the second payment is written in the invoice and the contract.
7. Production. Sewing usually takes 7–14 days. For complex or large orders it can take up to 21–23 days from receipt of the advance, provided that all models, fabrics, sizes and other details are approved. Embroidery is included in this time.
8. Delivery. We agree the delivery and the carrier with you. Delivery is free to Ukraine and to EU countries. Transport takes up to 7 days within Italy and about 5 days within Ukraine, depending on the carrier. It is counted separately from sewing.

Samples are credited to your order

If you place the main order within 30 days of receiving the samples, in line with the approved project and estimate, the price you paid for the samples is deducted from the total of the order.

This does not apply to a symbolic or much smaller partial order that does not match the agreed volume. If the order is not placed within 30 days, the samples are not credited.

Measurements at your location

If your company has more than 30 employees, or the order is for more than 60 garments, we can agree a visit and take your staff’s measurements on site. The cost and the logistics of the visit are agreed separately, unless the offer says otherwise.

Personalization

• Logo embroidery: +€5 per item. Non-standard requests are quoted separately.
• Names, employee numbers and other agreed marks on the garments. The quantity and the cost are included in the estimate.
• Fabric colours and other details of your project.

After the order

• Repair of special elements. If your order includes elements made specially for you (for example custom-printed fabric, special zips, sliders or buttons) and they are damaged because of a material or manufacturing problem, we agree the repair and send the garment back to you repaired.
• End of service life. The service life depends on the type of workwear and is written in the specification or the estimate. When you come back after it ends, we prepare individual loyalty terms for your next order.
• Regular clients. Companies that have worked with us for more than a year can agree individual payment or production terms. These apply only when confirmed in writing.

Returns and quality

Standard items without personalization can be returned within 14 days if they are unused and clean. Items with embroidery, printing or other personalization, and items made in a colour you chose, cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
