Our company sends orders by verified postal services. The price and delivery time depends on the speed of this or that service. All necessary information is described below:
Shipping
Delivery is carried out by SDA or Bartolini express courier service for national territory and UPS or Fedex for international transportation.
Shipping costs, including packaging costs, are calculated automatically at the time of ordering and depend on the weight and volume of the goods;
For Italy, the standard shipping cost is €8.00 + 22% VAT and includes shipping from zero to 15 kg. For larger shipments, the rate varies depending on the weight. In addition to the shipping cost, for cash on delivery payments only, an additional cash on delivery fee of €4.50 + 22% VAT will be charged.
For other countries, the cost depends on the weight and destination.
The shipping charges are clearly stated in the order summary that is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times
Usually in Italy, orders are delivered within 5 or 7 business days. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by a few days, but not more than 5 business days from the date of order.
If delivery is expected after 5 days, you will be notified immediately.
For other countries, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Shipping
We deliver products across Ukraine through reliable delivery services: Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
International shipping via UPS, FedEx or other logistics companies is also possible upon agreement with the client.
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when placing an order and depends on the weight and volume of the parcel.
Within Ukraine, the approximate cost of delivery is from 80 UAH.
For large orders, delivery is discussed individually.
If you pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional fee for the return delivery of funds (according to the carrier’s tariffs).
Delivery times
Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-5 business days.
For international shipments, the time frame depends on the country of destination, usually 5-14 business days.
In case of a delay of more than 5 days, we will notify you in advance.
Payment
Credit card. In this mode, you will be able to pay quickly online by entering your credit or debit card information. Even if you don’t leave our payment page, your card details will be sent directly to Stripe’s payment gateway via a secure, encrypted connection; therefore, they will not be stored or shared with us.
Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.
Permalink. In this mode, you will be redirected to Paypal’s secure server where you can pay with your Paypal account or create one for free; Alternatively, on Paypal you can also pay securely with major credit or debit cards by selecting the option: “Create a PayPal account and pay with your credit or prepaid card” (or ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’).
Payment will be charged to your card at checkout.
