Please ship the product you wish to exchange at your own expense (we recommend using standard registered shipping for tracking purposes). Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you the replacement product free of charge via express courier. Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you must send a request within 15 days of delivery to info@raputa.it, including:
