Terms of return and exchange of Raputa brand workwear
We at Sumytextile LLC (Raputa brand) strive to create not only high-quality and stylish workwear, but also to provide comfortable conditions for our customers. Therefore, we offer a transparent policy of exchange and return of workwear so that every buyer feels confident.
1. Standard sizes of workwear are always available
The Raputa workwear catalog always has standard sizes available: 44, 46, 48 (height 3-4). These models are ready for immediate shipment and do not require additional waiting.
2. Individual tailoring of workwear to order
We offer a service of individual tailoring of workwear for customers who need:
non-standard sizes;
choice of fabric color;
application of the company logo;
personalized design;
other special parameters (height, style, etc.).
Custom-made overalls are made exclusively according to the customer’s individual wishes.
3. Terms of prepayment and cancellation of an individual order
For individual orders, a mandatory prepayment of 50% of the invoice amount is required.
Prepayment confirms the client’s consent to tailoring a unique product.
In case of customer refusal, the prepayment is not refundable, since overalls are made according to personal parameters.
If the product does not meet the agreed characteristics or has manufacturing defects, free adjustment or replacement is possible at the manufacturer’s expense.
4. Return and exchange of standard sizes
Standard overalls (sizes 44, 46, 48; height 3-4), which do not have personalized elements (logos, patches), can be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided that:
✅ preservation of the product appearance;
✅ presence of original packaging, labels and tags;
✅ presence of a receipt or invoice.
🛑 All costs for returning or exchanging goods are borne by the buyer.
5. Cases when a return or exchange is not possible
❌ Clothing sewn to an individual order (non-standard size, choice of color, fabrics, logos);
❌ Overalls with traces of wear or use;
❌ Clothing with branding or embroidery (logos, names, patches);
❌ Violation of the conditions for preserving the product appearance.
