PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This agreement between LLC “SUMYTEXSTYLE” (for buyers from Ukraine) or Raputa (for international buyers) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the user of the online store services (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) defines the terms of purchasing goods through the online store website https://raputa.it.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The Seller publishes this sales agreement, which is a public offer agreement (offer) addressed to individuals and legal entities in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) defines all essential conditions of the agreement between the Seller and the person who accepts the offer.
1.3. The agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment the order is placed.
1.4. The offer may be accepted by any individual or legal entity intending to purchase the goods offered by the Seller via https://raputa.it.
1.5. The Buyer unconditionally accepts all the terms of this agreement in full and without exceptions.
1.6. The acceptance of this offer shall be deemed to have occurred upon payment of the order in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Status of the Online Store https://raputa.it
2.1. The online store is a website located at https://raputa.it, through which the Seller conducts remote sales. The website is the property of the Seller.
2.2. The online store is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the Buyer.

3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Seller sells goods to the Buyer based on an order and prepayment under the conditions specified on the website.
3.2. The Buyer may purchase goods listed in the online catalog at https://raputa.it.
3.3. The agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of payment by the Seller.

4. Definitions
4.1. Buyer – an individual or legal entity who accepts the terms of this offer.
4.2. Seller – LLC “SUMYTEXSTYLE” (for Ukraine) or Raputa (for international buyers).
4.3. Online store – the website https://raputa.it.
4.4. Catalog – product information available on the website.
4.5. Goods – professional clothing and textiles.
4.6. Order – the Buyer’s decision to purchase goods.
4.7. Order delivery location – the email address or personal account specified by the Buyer.
4.8. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller.

5. Procedure for Agreement Conclusion
5.1. Orders may be placed independently or through a manager.
5.2. When placing an order, the following information must be provided: full name, delivery address, phone number, and email.
5.3. Buyer information is not subject to editing after submission.
5.4. The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data without time limitations.

6. Product Information
6.1. Products are accompanied by photos, descriptions, and prices.
6.2. All materials on the site are for reference only. For detailed information, please contact the Seller.

7. Procedure for Purchasing Goods
7.1. Orders can be placed for any item available on the website. Any limitations are specified in the product description.
7.2. Orders may be placed online or by phone.
7.3. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive confirmation and an invoice.
7.4. Order processing begins after prepayment:

100% prepayment for retail customers;

50% prepayment for wholesale orders with individual measurements or branding;

Dealers – individual terms defined by separate agreements.

7.5. Delivery terms are communicated by the manager after payment.

8. Product Price
8.1. Prices are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, excluding already paid orders.

9. Payment
9.1. Payment methods are specified in the “Payment and Delivery” section on the website.
9.2. Upon payment, the manager coordinates delivery with the Buyer.
9.3. Buyer’s obligations are considered fulfilled upon receipt of payment by the Seller.
9.4. All settlements are made in UAH.

10. Delivery
10.1. Delivery methods and terms are specified in the “Delivery Information” section.
10.2. Detailed delivery information is confirmed by the manager.

11. Product Return
11.1. Returns are made in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
11.2. Returns are possible within 14 days provided that:

The item has not been used;

Original tags and packaging are intact;

Proof of purchase is available.

11.3. Returns are made at the Buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the item, excluding shipping costs.
11.4. Customized and branded items are not subject to return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

12. Product Exchange
12.1. Exchanges are possible if the product’s appearance, features, and accompanying documents are preserved.

13. Responsibilities of the Parties
13.1. Responsibilities are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
13.2. The Seller is not responsible for the incorrect use of products.
13.3. The Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances.
