Terms of return and exchange of Raputa brand workwear
\nWe at Sumytextile LLC (Raputa brand) strive to create not only high-quality and stylish workwear, but also to provide comfortable conditions for our customers. Therefore, we offer a transparent policy of exchange and return of workwear so that every buyer feels confident.<\/p>\n
1. Standard sizes of workwear are always available
\nThe Raputa workwear catalog always has standard sizes available: 44, 46, 48 (height 3-4). These models are ready for immediate shipment and do not require additional waiting.<\/p>\n
2. Individual tailoring of workwear to order
\nWe offer a service of individual tailoring of workwear for customers who need:<\/p>\n
non-standard sizes;<\/p>\n
choice of fabric color;<\/p>\n
application of the company logo;<\/p>\n
personalized design;<\/p>\n
other special parameters (height, style, etc.).<\/p>\n
Custom-made overalls are made exclusively according to the customer’s individual wishes.<\/p>\n
3. Terms of prepayment and cancellation of an individual order
\nFor individual orders, a mandatory prepayment of 50% of the invoice amount is required.<\/p>\n
Prepayment confirms the client’s consent to tailoring a unique product.<\/p>\n
In case of customer refusal, the prepayment is not refundable, since overalls are made according to personal parameters.<\/p>\n
If the product does not meet the agreed characteristics or has manufacturing defects, free adjustment or replacement is possible at the manufacturer’s expense.<\/p>\n
4. Return and exchange of standard sizes
\nStandard overalls (sizes 44, 46, 48; height 3-4), which do not have personalized elements (logos, patches), can be returned or exchanged within 14 days provided that:<\/p>\n
\u2705 preservation of the product appearance;<\/p>\n
\u2705 presence of original packaging, labels and tags;
\n\u2705 presence of a receipt or invoice.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\uded1 All costs for returning or exchanging goods are borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n
5. Cases when a return or exchange is not possible
\n\u274c Clothing sewn to an individual order (non-standard size, choice of color, fabrics, logos);
\n\u274c Overalls with traces of wear or use;
\n\u274c Clothing with branding or embroidery (logos, names, patches);
\n\u274c Violation of the conditions for preserving the product appearance.<\/p>\n
