Product availability
We are the manufacturers of all the products on this site, so we never have problems with the availability of the entire range of products.

If any product is temporarily out of stock, we will make every effort to pack it quickly to ensure fast delivery.

In the very rare event that the product you have chosen cannot be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, you will be notified immediately upon receipt of your order.

How to add products to your cart
Choosing a product on the Raputa.it website is very simple: through the menu at the top you can access the different categories of products, divided by type of use. After selecting a category, a page with all the relevant products will be displayed.

By clicking on the product you are interested in, you will be taken to the product information sheet, where all the specific information is listed: model, colors, sizes and price.

To get the sizing information for your order, click on the corresponding product: the help window will illustrate the anatomical measurements that correspond to different sizes.Sizing information
After reviewing the product description, select the desired quantity and size (if the product is available in different sizes) and click the “Add to Cart” button.

Send the order (Checkout)
To submit your order, you need to follow these steps:

1) Cart summary: This is a summary of all the products you have decided to purchase. On this page, you can change the quantity for each item or remove the item completely by clicking on the cart.

2) Sign in or Login: Register by entering your full details (or log in if you are already registered). As an alternative to registering, you can use the quick checkout feature by shopping as a “guest” without registering and directly entering your details and shipping address.

3) Address: Confirm the address you entered during registration or enter a different one.

4) Delivery: Select the type of delivery (confirming the terms of use).

5) Payment: select the type of payment / After filling out the form, a manager will contact you

At this stage, only after clicking the “Confirm my order” button, the order will be sent and you will receive an email with a general description of your order as a confirmation.
